On August 10, Local 1000A hosted it's last community picnic of 2013 at Boyd Conservation Area near Toronto. In addition to games for adults and children, the picnic featured an all-you-can-eat BBQ. Thanks to all the volunteers and participants who made the picnic such a success!

Workers at Canada Catering showed solidarity and strength as they came together to vote for union representation with UFCW Canada Local 1000A. The vote took place April 5, 2016.
