1006A members at Vanderwerf's YIG in Port Elgin prevailed through intense negotiations, which brought them to the verge of a strike, to achieve a fair union contract. 

UFCW 1006A members at Loblaws Great Food and Real Canadian Superstore have voted to ratify a historic industry-leading agreement with Loblaw.
