A new decade is a time to reaffirm our commitment to the values that bring us all together as a union – our commitment to making life better for members at work and in our communities.
As 2020 begins, our mission to stand up for fairness, equality and justice will guide us as we work to improve and protect members' rights and livelihoods.
A new decade will bring new challenges and we are up to the task, continuously seeking ways to improve and strengthen our union.
Finally, members getting involved in our union is what makes us dynamic, strong and able to fight for what is fair. I encourage you to regularly check your union board and our union social media accounts for ways you can be more involved. Your union could be a great opportunity for you to meet new friends, gain new skills and make a difference at work and in your community.
