Mark, who works at No Frills, shares how the union made a difference in his life.“My union rep, Kevin, helped me out big time. I was working 40 hours and even though I was hired full-time, I was getting paid at a part-time rate. When I spoke to Kevin about it, he knew that wasn’t right. He raised the issue with my new owner and helped make sure I got paid correctly for the hours I had worked. Thanks to Kevin, I got almost $4,500 in backpay. He was awesome and I appreciate what he got done for me. Thank you to Kevin and my union for helping me out.”
