They came as prisoners, zombies, construction workers and much more.
The event drew more than 100 participants of all ages from a variety of workplaces and raised more than $2200 to fund a cure for Sickle Cell Anemia.

UFCW Canada Local 1000A welcomed 1,100 members, family members and friends to Wild Water Kingdom for its annual Members’ Day.
The event drew members from across Southern Ontario from a variety of workplaces and sectors.

Norah Rae knows first hand the devastating impact that cancer can have. Rae, a steward at Rexall Pharmacy in Guelph, has seen both her husband and her sister-in-law suffer. That’s why when Rae got a chance to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada, she jumped right in.
Rae raised more than $900, making her the top fundraiser at the Annual Ride for a Cure event. The event, co-hosted by Local 1000A and Local 175 & 633, drew 37 riders and generated more than $10,000 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada.
