Bobbi Lynn's Story
"I applied to the Loblaw’s warehouse and got hired. I was doing well and I really enjoyed working there. I was very happy. Then one day, my supervisor came up to me and told me that I was terminated. I only had 20 hours remaining to complete my probation period. I immediately contacted the union. My union representative detected a lot of red flags with the situation and addressed them very well. He determined that I should not have been terminated. The union fought for me to get my job back and now I’m back to work. I was so happy as I love my job and have three young kids with autism. I really appreciate the union’s hard work."
