The Lunar New Year, also known as Chinese New Year, is a festive occasion for many members and their families across Canada.
Many celebrations will be taking place across Canada, which is home to more than 2 million people of Asian descent.
The Lunar New Year begins on February 16 and lasts 15 days. 2018 is the year of the Dog, which represents loyalty and honesty.
As you spend time with your families on this important occasion, I wish you the very best this new year.
