Maria's Entry: "Working in two different companies, one under union and the other a non-union, has made me realize how essential having a union in a company is. I’m thankful for the countless times they took actions to protect my rights and to ensure that my voice and concerns be heard. There were many incidents that my union rep had to come to our store during midnights and wee hours of the morning to help us solve our issues with the management. My Union makes me feel protected and that others are by my side...a union that I would wish for the other company to have!"
