On International Women's Day (March 8, 2014), we celebrate the achievements of women in Canada and around the world.
We rise and reflect on the sisterhood and solidarity we share in working towards a more just and equitable society. We work to inspire change, recognizing that while many positive gains have been made, the world is still unequal.
We, as sisters and brothers, unite to fight for equality for our daughters, wives, sisters, siblings and mothers.
Join UFCW Canada Local 1000A for a rally and march on International Women's Day.
The rally begins at 11 a.m. at OISE Auditorium (252 Bloor Street West, Toronto) and the march starts outside OISE at 1 p.m.
