UFCW 1006A members at SSP Canada, who work at Toronto Pearson International Airport, have ratified a new union contract with several gains.
The term of the contract is from November 10, 2024 to November 9, 2028 and covers 436 members.
“Our negotiating committee did an outstanding job in ensuring our members at SSP achieved a fair union contract,” said President Wayne Hanley. “The support of our membership was essential in helping us secure significant improvements.”
The negotiating committee consisted of members, Davender Rajrishe and Vito Padula, 1006A Executive Assistant to the President Frank Ragni, 1006A Recorder Glacier Effs-Samuel and 1006A Union Representative Joshua Robichaud.
